You are looking for a method to overcome your feeling of discomfort,
You are going through a period of your life where you do not feel satisfied with your life choices and are not fulfilling your potential,
You wish to understand your difficulties and your malaise,
You are questioning your resilience and the way you handle challenges.
Perhaps time has come to think about your mental health.
If you wish to analyze the course of your life,
If you realize that you repeat the same patterns when dealing with matters that lead to failure and/or limited success,
If you wish to use your life experience and focus on the essential,
We could help you!
During our first appointment we will identify your needs and objectives.
Together we will set the possible goals of psychotherapeutic work, its duration and frequency.
In order to move forward more confidently in the labyrinth of life,
To be able to better face internal and external challenges with greater resilience, and
To value your efforts and appreciate your evolution and better maintain a work/life balance,
A psychiatric and/or psychotherapeutic treatment may change your own perspectives and help you manage your psychological difficulties.

Assessment of mental suffering; diagnosis; medication options and possible follow-up treatment
During our first doctor-patient session, we will assess the intensity of your pain and the difficulties you face. We will also discuss the range of possible treatments.
Evaluation, analysis and orientation in the case of marital and/or family issues
These sessions aim at understanding the relational dynamics and are appropriate if you wish to overcome marital difficulties and/or if you want to solve family issues.
Integrated Psychiatric and Psychotherapic treatments (TPPI)
This type of treatment is appropriate for persons who suffer from diagnosed psychiatric pathologies. I propose consultations on a weekly basis or less frequently. These consultations build on continuity, aim at managing pain, preventing relapse and are conducted within the frame of the treatment as a whole.
A psychotherapeutic treatment is often necessary to relieve psychological discomfort and behavioral distress, to reduce physical, emotional or moral suffering. You can decide to follow a short-term or a medium to long-term therapy.
Delegated psychotherapy is carried out by psychologists / psychotherapists under the same conditions and in the same therapeutic environment. It takes place under my supervision and in my capacity as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. The duty of supervision is ensured through regular conversations with the delegate psychotherapist and sometimes with the patient.
If you feel that one of the proposed treatments might help you, do not hesitate to contact us.
Together we will evaluate how our expertise can answer your needs.
All our treatments/services, including psychotherapy conducted by a psychologist, are recognized and reimbursed by all Swiss health insurances (compulsory insurance), by the vast majority of international health insurance companies such as UNSMIS, UNIQA or Van Breda, as well as a number of supplementary insurances.
